St John Fisher Academy provides a satisfactory education for its pupils. Under the leadership of the new headteacher, standards are rising. The school has a number of strengths, mostly relating to the good quality of the care, guidance and support provided for pupils and their personal development and well-being. Parents and carers are greatly appreciative of the welcoming, safe and supportive environment provided for their children. Pupils say they are well cared for and feel secure in the knowledge that adults will always help them if needed. Pupils have a good awareness of how to keep safe and healthy.
